A double-sided rust-free stainless steel grate makes it easy to turn the entire rack of meat with one hand.
This grill does an excellent job of cooking chicken, wings, sausage links, and many other foods, giving them a delicious smoky flavor.
Height adjustment brackets for the charcoal pan let you bring the heat closer to the grate for foods you want to cook with more intense heat, such as steaks, hamburgers, and hotdogs.

BBQ26S With Optional Stainless Steel Body and Pedestal Base

Meadow Creek’s revolutionary method of grilling chicken also comes in smaller packages. Similar to the BBQ26 Chicken Cooker, this heavy duty grill features a lid, sturdy legs with casters, charcoal pan insert, and height adjustment brackets for the charcoal pan.

Known as a “chicken flipper,” this Amish-made grill with a rotating sandwich grate makes it fun and easy to grill tender, juicy chicken with crispy skin every time. In our opinion, this grill is the best wing cooker on the market and it does an excellent job of cooking chicken, sausage links, and many other foods, giving them a delicious smoky flavor.

The BBQ26S Chicken Cooker is charcoal / wood-fired and holds 15 lbs. of meat. An outstanding grill for small barbeques. Check out the BBQ42 Chicken Cooker if you need more cooking space.

A top lid gives you control over a hot fire. Leave the lid open for darker and more crispy skin on your chicken or close the lid for beautiful, golden-brown skin.
A double-sided grate makes it easy to turn the entire rack of meat with one hand. The stainless steel grate never rusts and is easy to maintain, for many years of enjoyment.
Height adjustment brackets for the charcoal pan let you bring the heat closer to the grate for thinner foods you want to cook with more intense heat, such as steaks, hamburgers, and hotdogs.
The optional griddle lets you fry eggs, bacon, and pancakes.

The BBQ26S is a great grilling machine, I have two BBQ42s but the BBQ26S is more used for just a few friends because it is much easer to clean up after use. You will not go wrong with either model. I would put it up against any other grill made for grilling chicken.

My buying and using a Bbq26 made me get a Bbq42. The 26 was so good, I just had to increase my volume of chicken cooking. This is the only way to get smoky crispy chicken off of the grill. You will not be disappointed and the simplicity of the rotating sandwich rack makes so much sense. You will never stand and flip one piece of chicken at a time again in your life.

What a great cooker! I have 10 grills / smokers of various brands and sizes. All of them have their idiosyncrasies. I have to say that the Meadow creek BBQ26S stands out for ease of use and FANTASTIC customer service from point of sale to usage down the road. These people have a passion for their product and their customer support can’t be beat!
I was impressed with the accuracy of the thermometer as well. (You don’t see that in many pits) And the cook box really holds heat well!

I’m posting pix of my very first cook. I followed the great instructions from the website and Laverne gladly walked me through the basics.

The chicken turned out great.

Can’t wait to really get started experimenting!
